If you enjoy stories and want to hear my recounting for Barbaras perspective of the past 7 years since she joined the Cordorian Military, then I have written the following for you 'The Author'

Barbara Thunderfoot has spent the past round 7 years as loyal Citizen of Cordor. Her first year on the Island and in the Walled City she was but a wee Recruit of the Cordorian Military. She proved diligent in her study and patrols to rise through the ranks, she made deep connections to her superiors and learned from her Sergeants and Captains.

Soon she too became an Officer, as Sergeant, she heavily relied on her Mentor second only to the Red Knight herself , Gertrude Gawain. As Sergeant, Gertrude had taught Barbara much about the ways of Justice, Discipline and Loyalty, so it was clear to Barbara why Gertrude then became Commander of the Guard, holding the fabric of the Military together through her leadership she soon promoted Barbara to Captain to help Captain Elias with the load.

Times were good, Barbara now looks back on this time of Cordor as the Golden Age and often references it in her daily public posted propaganda. Crimes would be committed by those you could actually see, like thieves and pirates. A drow raid here, a slave spy there, but we used this period of peace for greatness, Gertrude would often come to Barbara, to discuss the ways the Surface could become one, to unite.

Soon after, the Axehold Allied Accords were drafted, a wonderful piece of legislature well known to the leaderships of the surface settlements and participated in by most. All seemed right in the world of the surface as well as one could hope. It was then that the Siege of Shadows took place.

It started slowly enough, but soon the entire Surface found itself encompassed and in the grasp of the Beast and the likes of Gordon and other Shadow leaders. It was with the great sacrifice of Commander Gawain that the city was to survive another day.

Barbara would take up mantle as Commander after her fallen Mentor, finding herself in the same position Gawain did, thrust into the position of a Leader unexpectedly. She would not let her mentor down or her sacrifice to be in vain. Plans were set, recruitment was at the forefront and the expansion plans of the Military were on the way to the next level of achievement.

That was until we realized...that the siege of shadows was not over. In almost a landslide victory from out of nowhere and with a hidden agenda ready to enact the moment the powers were hers, the Bersk administration did take the next strike against the recovering city of Cordor.

Just when Cordor had thought the new Commander and Chancellor could get some good work done, Commander Thunderfoot would find herself constantly in a state of dismissal, lack of involvement, questioning, accusation and heresay. Her authority being undermined through the dismantling of her vast network of allies within the city.

First, those loyal to True Cordor and Barbara would find themselves systematically targeted and removed from positions of power such as Estates and Shops.

Then they went for the new Commanders authority by undercutting it. The once failed Recruit Valencia Cruz, a budding and aspirant sea-fairing Amnian woman who is now one of Barbaras arch-rivals, was put into positions of power behind Barbaras back. Thus splitting the Cordorian Military in half through divide and conquer, the Navy now lead by "Admiral" Cruz against Barbaras recommendation.

After they went for Barbaras power in authority, they went for those loyal to her. Her most loyal Captain was removed from duty even after overwhelming appeal by fellow soldiers and citizens.

After they went for her Officers, they went for those that were noticing the connections between the Administration and who was being targeted. The Cordor Press would regularly investigate the Administration and its ties, Barbaras vast network of spies would consistently update the right people to make sure the truth could be written about in the Cordor Press. Once enough stories had been published against the Administration, they were shut down.

After they went for The Press, they went for the Military itself. During this time Barbara had suspected something was very wrong and would gather the Loyal underneath the City of Cordor to discuss if the worst were to happen. Shortly after this conversation, The chancellor called Barbara in to the Barracks and immediately dismissed and dismantled the Cordorian Military. Thus, the power of the law was stripped from those loyal to True Cordor. After they went for the Military, they went for Barbaras pride and her friends. Over the next months, the taunts from the new "Guard" and the disrespect, the blatant working with Warlocks and Devils would cause Barbara and her friends to consistently speak out openly about what was happening to the city. Hoping for the Citizens to speak up for themselves to say enough was enough...but the call never came and Barbara and her allies reputation would be smeared across the Surface.

After they went for her pride and her friends, they went for her head. Gone were the times of sitting around but not yet were the times were blades must be drawn. A trusted of Barbaras would have her cause a distraction during the Consorts latest visit. Barbara knew the only way to do something big enough would be to cause an accident where only she got hurt.

She promptly fell over a vial of Alchemist fire while "tripping" in a stressfull sprint to the restroom after giving her speech on the state of the city.

Due to the misconceptions of the incident, it was labeled as a terrorist act, and Barbara was promptly Exiled from her once fine city. Forced out of its walls, she has for the past term of the Administration been running guerrilla cold-war operations using propaganda, relationships with settlements and other factions as well as personally attempting to spread the word to each and every person that would hear it.

She and the Allies of True Cordor lead a massive Rally for the Candidate of choice, Giogi, and we held hope for Diplomacy. Our attempts failed and news was spread of the extension of the current administration.

This loss will be the breaking point of her rage, the March on Cordor will likely end in failure, the rebellion is likely to be crushed but she will stand with her allies until they fall.

If they were to fail, this loss would prove the breaking point of Barbaras rage. The March on Cordor will likely end in failure, the rebellion is likely to be crushed but she will stand with her allies until they fall.

It is said that she spoke of future plans should they fail, whispered only to those she considered most fine and loyal.

Should she manage to somehow survive, she would then go to Skal, the island her Mentor Gertrude Gawain came from, her knightly ways crushed with the failure of diplomacy, her barbarian rage lost due to expending its every last drop for the final battle to reclaim her city...now all she has left is to find her old friends....the Thunderfoot Tribe , to rekindle her Tribal Barbarian ways and once again preach the ideals of Justice, Discipline and Loyalty.
