Greetings my fellow Arelithians, I, Gustaf Lusyir, do pledge this oath to those whom bear a deep burden. No longer shall the cries of vengeance be unheard in the island of Arelith. Criminals and villains encompass this land; sparing no one of what is dear to them. Hoar has heard the cries for vengeance, and the Doombringer has responded with full intent to absolve these crimes with swift judgment.

Torm cannot hear your pleas. Tyr is too blind to know your pain. Hoar, and him alone, can bring your soul to rest. Justice is what this isle needs. Vengeance is what we all yearn for. I have seen children orphaned by villainy, I have seen old beggars stricken by poverty, I have seen young men slain at the hands of the very GODS who seek their false sense of justice.

People of Arelith, it is time that the rightful justice is sought. It is time that those whom have done horrendous crimes face the wrath of the oppressed. No longer shall I stand idle as the cries of vengeance continue to press against my heart. Stand with me! Sons and daughters of Vengeance finally obtain your peace of mind. Long have we been scarred by the hands of oppressors. Hoar recognizes your suffering, Hoar seeks you renewed by avenging your pain. It is not a dream to have your conscience cleaned, it is not wishful thinking to have your oppressor punished in the most ironic fashion imaginable.
