Councillor of Cordor in pre-Waukeen years; Commander of the Cordorian Guard pre and post-Waukeen; Mayor of Wharftown after the death of Rune Degrem Bibliophilius. Father to Ruthia Bibiliphilius, son to Aristotlus Bibiliophilius the Fourth, husband to Rune Bibliophilius.
Aristotlus was born in Tethyrian town of Trademeet. As a child, he was saved from a vampire by an aging paladin's self-sacrifice in Athkatla. The event affected him greatly and led him to join The Most Noble Order of Radiant Heart as a young man against his father's wishes. Freshly minted as a paladin, Aris set out on his first quest to rescue a maiden on behalf of a distraught mageling. The mageling's teleportation spell backfired and Aristotlus was teleported into a barrel of a cargo ship bound for Maztica. The ship was scuttled in a storm and the novice paladin was rescued by a vessel headed for Arelith.
Aristotlus took residence in Cordor as Temple Guard under Haulfest of Torm. Working alongside Leonyn Pendraith, Aris eventually joined Cordorian Guard under his command. Entrusted the Rod of Amorous Inmate which enabled him to teleport offending criminals immediately into Cordor's jail, Aristotlus' became a friendly staple of Cordor's streets.
As Cordor lost it's enchantment that protected the citizens and powered The Rod of Amorous Inmate, blood flooded the streets. Guards were slain daily in scores and drow that were allowed within the city took advantage of the weakness along with Undead, Banites, and criminals. With Leonyn Pendraith's retirement, Aristotlus was given command of Cordorian Guard. With the aid of Mathias and fledgling group of Cordorian guards, Aristotlus played an instrumental role in banishing the offending factions from the city. Numerous wars followed throughout the Third Age with much sacrifice from Cordorian Guards.
