In the eyes of Grond the orog Hadushuk is officially dead. Should he somehow resurface he and his orog associates are hereby banished for their crimes within the settlement. This applies to the specific orogs involved in the recent conflict, other members of the race are still welcome to settle in Urblexis on condition that they BEHAVE!

Hadushuk is also relieved of his postion as Overseer and is to be replaced by the kobold Orn. Until a formal replacement is settled upon Overseer Orn wields authority in Urblexis Grond.

The Obsidian Asylum remains off limits, and any attempting entry will be slain unless formally approved by myself, the Ullath-Taller or the Order of the Black Depths
